We are looking for an energetic, driven, and people‑focused Proactive Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in elevating our commercial success. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, build strong client relationships, and love leading high‑performing teams, this could be your next great step.
Key Responsabilities:
- Prospect new opportunities via client meetings, networking, and industry events
- Oversee RFP and RFI processes, securing key corporate partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring relationship development, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Support in-house marketing activities to boost visibility and engagement.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs, revenue targets, and client activity expectations.
- Support, lead and manage sales and reservations team.
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel active sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Strong leadership and people management skills
