Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Manager passionné(e), doté(e) d’un fort esprit entrepreneurial et désireux(se) de contribuer activement au rayonnement commercial de notre Maison.
Véritable ambassadeur du Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement des marchés Corporate, MICE, et Loisirs (Agences de Luxe & Tours Series High-end) en tissant des relations solides et durables avec nos partenaires et clients.
- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques, tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance sur les marchés confiés.
- Déployer la stratégie commerciale de l’hôtel en lien avec la Direction des Ventes, et contribuer à la construction des plans d’action et budgets annuels.
- Négocier, convaincre et inspirer, en valorisant la signature Sofitel et la qualité de nos prestations lors de vos rendez-vous, visites clients et au cours de vos déplacements dans les salons professionnels ou chez nos clients.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Hébergement, Restauration, Réservations et Revenue Management afin d’assurer la cohérence et la performance de l’offre globale.
- Analyser les tendances du marché, suivre la concurrence et partager vos recommandations pour nourrir la réflexion stratégique du département.
Ce poste est rattaché directement à la Directrice Commerciale & Marketing (DOSM) de l’établissement.
- Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en vente BtoB ou MICE, idéalement au sein d’un hôtel haut de gamme ou d’un groupe international.
- Doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel, vous savez créer du lien, inspirer confiance et entretenir des partenariats sur le long terme.
- Vous êtes autonome, structuré(e) et orienté(e) résultats, tout en sachant faire preuve d’un réel esprit d’équipe.
- Curieux(se) et proactif(ve), vous aimez analyser, anticiper et proposer de nouvelles idées pour stimuler la performance commerciale.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable ; une autre langue étrangère est un plus.
