Nos équipes ont à cœur d’accueillir avec élégance notre clientèle dans nos 124 chambres et suites, 5 salles de réunions, et à notre restaurant Les Cocottes ou au Bar Le Sorsi, lieu de rendez-vous incontournable du voisinage.
Pour enrichir notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Sales Manager qui intégrera l'équipe commercciale à compter du 24 février 2025.
Entouré(e) par nos équipes bienveillantes, vos missions sont :
Etre responsable de la commercialisation de l’hôtel sur les marchés et segments attribués : (segments et marchés à définir selon le profil)
- Etre responsable de la prospection et du développement des marchés et comptes attribués (prospection, fidélisation des comptes, animation, négociation);
- Fixer avec le DOSM ses objectifs en début d’année et s’engager à les atteindre;
- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie commerciale et des budgets;
- Etablir un planning de déplacements avec le DOSM et s’engager à le respecter sauf cas de force majeure;
- S’assurer que la politique commerciale est respectée lors des visites clients et lors des cotations;
- Préparation des réunions stratégique avec annonce des tendances, résultats des démarchages et des actions commerciales en cours;
- Maitrise ses comptes et connaît les hôtels en concurrence et leur tarif;
- Force de proposition permanente auprès des collaborateurs, des supérieurs et des clients afin de proposer l’offre la plus performante et adaptée aux exigences du marché;
- Aide à toute l’équipe commerciale quand nécessaire;
- Faire le suivi des emails clients, et de tout autre dossier en cours lorsque ses collègues sont absents;
- Assurer l’animation de ses comptes au travers d’événements réguliers, soirées à thèmes, cocktails…
Ces tâches ne sont pas exhaustives et des modifications peuvent intervenir à tout moment.
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste identique, service commercial (démarchage, développement et suivi de portefeuille clients en France et à l’étranger)
- Expérience souhaitée dans un hôtel 5 étoiles
- S’exprimant parfaitement en français et en anglais, troisième langue souhaitée
- Organisation, dynamisme, sens du service, initiative, loyauté, relationnel
- Excellente présentation
- Courtoisie, sourire, sens de l’accueil
- Aisance orale et écrite
- Respect des procédures de travail
- Excellente vision commerciale
- Goût des responsabilités et niveau d’exigences élevé
- Détermination
- Bonne gestion du temps et du stress lié aux pics d’activités
- Reporte au DOSM
