Sales Manager - Government Segment
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Government Business Development : Identify and develop new government accounts and business opportunities also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
•Revenue & Account Management : Handle inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups promptly also maintain accurate account records, production reports, and sales activities in the system.
•Market Intelligence & Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, monthly reports, and account production analysis. Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities for the government segment.
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within the government segment, with a strong understanding of hospitality sales processes.
•High work integrity, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue strategy.
•Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, develop government accounts, and build long-term client relationships.
