• Develop, implement, manage, and oversee Sales and Marketing strategies and activities

• Prepare the Sales and Marketing budget

• Conduct and evaluate market research

• Develop new strategies to respond to changing competitive conditions in the market

• Monitor the sales and marketing activities of competitor companies

• Conduct data analysis and research to identify target customer segments

• University graduate (preferably from Tourism and Hospitality Management programs)

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in similar positions at 5-star city or business hotels

• Experienced in Sales and Marketing techniques

• Proficient in English (a second foreign language is considered an asset)

• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills

• Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives
