Sales and Marketing Manager

Situated in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, with views out over the river to Southbank, the ibis Styles Brisbane is a modern, stylish hotel catering for both business and leisure guests. With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are bright, colourful, stylish and we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our hardworking and dedicated crew. 

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Overseeing and managing the sales and marketing functions of the Hotel
• Focusing on maximising meeting and events revenue
• In collaboration with the Revenue Manager, developing comprehensive strategies aimed at maximising REVPAR
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans using innovative promotional campaigns and focusing on local partnerships
• Drive new business acquisition and implement cross selling strategies
• Oversee the hotels digital presence

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous Sales/Marketing experience- preferably in a hotel environment
• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
• Entrepreneurial sprit with drive, ambition and a high level of energy
• Up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
• A care for your fellow team mates
