Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department's operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while developing your skills in sales and administration.

  • Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Managers in managing day-to-day operations, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage calendars for the sales team
  • Prepare and distribute internal sales reports, track sales performance, and assist with the preparation of forecasts
  • Handle incoming inquiries for group and individual bookings, directing them to the appropriate Sales Manager
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  • Support the sales team in coordinating bookings and events, ensuring all client requests are promptly addressed
  • Process contracts, client information, and booking details in the organization's management and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to all inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, sales decks, and promotional emails
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities and special requests
  • Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
  • Track and monitor client feedback, ensuring follow-up actions are taken as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Sales, Events, Reservations, or Marketing coordination role within hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
  • Demonstrates ability to acquire new knowledge at a rapid pace.
  • Highly organized to handle fast paced environment.
