  • Perform and management for Front Office or Rooms Division
  • Maintain high quality of guests experience
  • Manage rooms division with flowless operations
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with Heads of Department
  • Assist in managing the administrative functions across all aspects of the department including weekly and monthly meetings

資格

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity, FO experience with Opera
  • Able to converse in business level Japanese and basic English
  • Able to use systems which are in English
  • Prior experience with Accor would be advantageous
  • 同様の職務で少なくとも 2 年間の経験、Operaでのフロント経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語と基本的な英語スキルがあること
  • 英語のシステムを使用できること
  • Accorでの経験があれば優遇
