• Clean and reset guest rooms to brand standards, including floors, furniture, linens, and amenities.

• Restock supplies, dispose of trash, and ensure all appliances function properly.

• Respond to guest requests, report maintenance needs, and handle lost & found items.

• Maintain guest privacy, room security, and follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

• Keep carts and storage areas organized and manage time efficiently throughout the shift.

• 客室の清掃・整備を行い、ブランド基準を満たした状態に仕上げる。

• アメニティや備品を補充し、ゴミの回収や電化製品の動作確認を行う。

• ゲストからの依頼対応、設備不具合や遺失物の報告を行う。

• ゲストのプライバシーと客室セキュリティを守り、安全・衛生・グルーミング基準を遵守する。

• カートやリネン庫を整理整頓し、時間管理を徹底して業務を遂行する。

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality, with knowledge of cleaning tools, products, and hotel service standards

• Physically fit and able to work efficiently, punctually, and with strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills in Japanese and English; calm, courteous, and guest-focused

• Organized, methodical, positive, flexible, and highly cooperative

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• ハウスキーピング・清掃またはホテル業務の経験があり、清掃用品・道具・サービス基準に関する知識を有する

• 体力に自信があり、効率的かつ時間厳守で、細部まで丁寧に作業できる

• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションが可能で、落ち着いて丁寧にゲスト対応ができる

• 整理整頓が得意で、前向き・柔軟かつ協調性がある

• 自立して業務をこなせる一方、チームワークも良好
