As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully presented spaces, you will ensure every room reflects the elegance and comfort Sofitel is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms
- Prepare guest rooms with precision: making beds, refreshing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring every detail enhances the guest’s stay
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and amenities with care and efficiency
- Uphold Sofitel brand standards with consistency, pride, and professionalism
- Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that anticipates guest needs
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or premium environment
- A commitment and passion for delivering refined, five‑star service
- Strong physical capability and able to exhibit safe manual‑handling practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
- Excellent time‑management skills and a proactive approach in enhancing the guest experience
