Job Description
As a Room Attendant, you will help keep our hotel clean and welcoming for all guests. You will clean guest rooms, making sure everything is tidy and fresh. This is an important role in creating a great experience for everyone who stays with us.
Key Duties:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways to a high standard
- Replace towels, toiletries, and other room items
- Report any lost property or broken items to your supervisor
- Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys cleaning. You should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team. A good Room Attendant pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Our ideal candidate is:
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Friendly and respectful to guests and team members
- Physically fit and able to do cleaning tasks
- has previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and Public Holidays when required.
