Revenue Manager JR
Realizará el seguimiento y analizará el comportamiento de los Hoteles, en cuanto a su ocupación, a fin de establecer estrategias y acciones tarifarias que permitan optimizar los resultados.
Lo que hará:
- Monitorear el comportamiento y resultados de los Hoteles bajo su responsabilidad, en cuanto a datos de ocupación, precios y RevPAR, con la finalidad de identificar posibles mejoras y establecer planes de acción para mejorar el rendimiento de los hoteles.
- Analizar y realizar proyecciones de Hoteles en cuanto a ocupaciones, con la finalidad de reportar el forecast a los Gerentes Generales, facilitando la anticipación de escenarios y la toma de decisiones.
- Realizar análisis tarifario de los Hoteles, a través de la comparación de precios, con el objetivo de estandarizar y dar paridad a las tarifas, según lo establecido.
- Realizar cotizaciones ante solicitudes de potenciales clientes, con la finalidad de sugerir tarifas al área comercial, facilitando el cierre de un proceso de venta.
- Al menos 01 año de experiencia en Revenue Management o Reservas
- Inglés nivel avanzado
- Excel nivel avanzado
