Job Description

Revenue Analyst
As the beginning of a remarkable guest journey, you will guide the team in delivering warm, personalized service as an Revenue Analyst, ensuring each guest feels valued and excited for their stay.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, variances, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve booking issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update reservation systems for accuracy and availability.
  • Ensure revenue recognition aligns with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Assist with room rates, promotions, and special requests.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, reservations, and key metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports for stakeholders
  • Promote upgrades and additional services during the booking process.
  • Monitor online channel representation (GDS, Direct & Indirect web channels, 3rd parties etc.)
  • Complete the Rate Shopping Report on a daily basis and perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5-star Luxury Hotel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving abilities and leadership skills
