Summary

Responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional service. 

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and show them to the table.
• Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone, walk-in, email & website. 
• Respond to guest enquiries and communications.
• Manage seating arrangements.
• Ensure that dining area is clean and presentable at all times. 
• Provide guests with menu recommendations & answer questions they may have.
• Attend to any special requests or needs the guest may have.
• Handle cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell special promotions and events to guests.

Your Experience and Skills include : 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests. 
• Able to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
