Beneath the hotel's grand windows, Coco’s Kitchen + Bar highlights local fish and seafood, emphasizing high-quality regional produce. As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you'll lead our dynamic team to ensure an unparalleled service delivery.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead Coco's Kitchen + Bar, room service, and minibar teams. Teaming up with the Executive Chef, you'll craft unforgettable guest experiences, maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency. From overseeing daily operations to managing budgets and upholding cleanliness standards, your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Your role goes beyond day-to-day operations; you'll orchestrate seamless events, contribute to strategic meetings, and champion a culture of excellence. Guiding recruitment, training, and development efforts, you'll inspire your team to embody Accor's Vision and Values. By managing inventory, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, you'll drive continuous improvement, elevating guest satisfaction and service standards.


Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in upscale dining
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems and experience in creating and managing budgets
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays, when required
