Mener à bien tous les projets de formation du groupe en matière de Ressources Humaines
Participer aux programmes de formation en collaboration avec les chefs de département et le siège
Implémenter les programmes de développement de potentiels du groupe Accor & de l’hôtel
Piloter et mener les entretiens de développement et performance
Co-créer et maintenir un cadre de travail positif pour les talents
Animer les sessions de formations internes
Animer les comités des Heartists et la communication interne
Identifier en partenariat avec les Chefs de services et Directeurs de département, les talents à fort potentiel.
Co-construire, mettre en place et suivre les processus RH : Performance management, développement de carrière, planning de succession et programme de reconnaissances, conformément aux procédures
-Bac + 5 en ressources humaines/ Ecole hôtelière / Formation et développement
-Expérience minimale de 3 ans en qualité de Responsable de formation et idéalement le secteur de l’hôtellerie/restauration
-Maitrise du français et de l’anglais
-Excellent relationnel, capacité à créer du lien
-Sens de la disponibilité et de la pédagogie, rigueur et fiabilité
-Sens de la discrétion et confidentialité
-Leadership développeur : orientation positive, gestion de projets,
