Le/La Responsable Achats est chargé(e) de gérer l’ensemble du processus d’approvisionnement de l’établissement. Il/Elle veille à l’optimisation des coûts, à la qualité des produits et services achetés, ainsi qu’au respect des délais de livraison. Il développe une stratégie d’achat efficace tout en assurant la conformité aux procédures internes, aux standards de la marque ( Accor / Fairmont ) et aux exigences réglementaires.
Responsabilités principales :
1. Stratégie & planification des achats :
Définir la politique d’achat en lien avec la direction et les besoins opérationnels.
Anticiper les besoins des différents départements (Cuisine, Restauration Housekeeping, Technique, Spa..etc.).
2. Sourcing & négociation :
Identifier, sélectionner et évaluer les fournisseurs locaux et internationaux.
Mener les appels d’offres et négociations tarifaires.
Obtenir les meilleures conditions de prix, qualité, délai et services.
3. Gestion des commandes et des stocks :
Suivre les commandes jusqu’à leur livraison et assurer la conformité des produits reçus.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le contrôle de gestion, les stocks et les départements concernés.
Contribuer à la réduction des coûts et au respect des seuils d’approvisionnement.
4. Contrôle & conformité :
Veiller au respect des normes sanitaires, réglementaires et environnementales.
Garantir la traçabilité des achats et l’archivage des documents (bons de commande, devis, contrats…).
Appliquer les procédures d’audit et de contrôle interne ( Focus, Accor , Fairmont )
5. Reporting & analyse :
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) liés aux achats.
Émettre des rapports mensuels d’activité et de suivi budgétaire.
Proposer des axes d’amélioration et d’optimisation des dépenses.
Compétences requises :
Solides compétences en négociation et en gestion budgétaire.
Bonne connaissance du secteur hôtelier.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels achats).
Rigueur, organisation et esprit analytique.
Sens du service client interne et orientation résultats.
Formation & expérience :
Bac+3 à Bac+5 en achats, logistique, gestion ou commerce.
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur hôtelier de luxe.
Maîtrise du français, l’anglais est un plus.
