Mission:
Descriptif du poste :
En tant que RESPONSABLE Paie & ADP, vous assurez la gestion complète du processus de paie et de l’administration du personnel p en lien étroit avec les équipes RH et opérationnelles.
1. Gestion de la paie en interne (multi-sites)
- Collecter, vérifier et saisir les variables de paie (absences, heures supplémentaires, primes, etc.)
- Établir les bulletins de paie
- Contrôler la conformité des paies et gérer les soldes de tout compte
- Etablir les déclarations sociales (DSN) et relations avec les organismes sociaux
- Assurer la veille sociale et paie (conventions collectives, législation, évolutions réglementaires)
2. Administration du personnel
- Rédiger les contrats de travail, avenants et courriers liés à la vie du contrat
- Assurer l’onboarding administratif des collaborateurs (DPAE, affiliations mutuelle/prévoyance, visites médicales)
- Suivre les dossiers du personnel, congés payés, arrêts maladie et absences
- Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord RH (effectifs, mouvements, etc.)
3. Support RH
- Participer à la préparation des reportings RH et audits sociaux
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus RH et à divers projets transverses
- Être l’interlocuteur/trice privilégié(e) des salariés pour les questions paie/administratif
Profile:
Profil recherché :
- Formation Bac+2/3 minimum en gestion des RH, paie ou comptabilité
- Expérience confirmée d’au moins 2 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie ou dans un environnement multi-sites
- Bonne connaissance de la législation sociale et des conventions collectives HCR
- Rigueur, confidentialité, sens de l’organisation et autonomie
- Excellent relationnel et goût du travail en équipe
- Maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment Excel
- Maîtrise du logiciel Silae est un plus
