Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Complete a daily Houseperson checklist and respond to guest requests
- Ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained and cleaned to a high standard
- Communicate with clarity and care, with guests and your team
- Work collaboratively with all teams and departments
- Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
- Work together with housekeeping and front office to ensure all requests are fulfilled
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- High-energy and efficiency at completing a housekeeping tasks
- Experience as a house-person or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities
- Availability across all days of the week between 8am - 9pm
- Able to safely drive a golf buggy vehicle (highly regarded, training will be provided)
- Good Communication skills
- A positive teamwork mindset
- Physical fitness is essential & Able to comfortably lift 10kg
- Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills
- Commitment to delivering heartfelt hospitality experiences to guests
