Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an emerging leader ready to take a step up or currently working in a supervisory role. Reporting directly into the Rooms Division Manager, this hands on role will be responsible for supporting the reservations team in end to end process of FIT and Groups Bookings. You will ensure that guests receive the best possible pre-arrival experience, identifying peak moments that can be set up for the broader team to deliver.


Qualifications

You will have:

  • working experience in a similar role (front office / reservations within premium segment in hotels is preferred)
  • experience is supervising diverse teams
  • a proven record of accurate reporting, while working within time constrains
  • Ability to work full time (mostly Monday - Friday, however some weekend work may be required from time to time)
  • an excellent understanding of reservations processes
  • the ability to think creatively and be a proactive self-starter
  • knowledge of the Adelaide market is advantageous
  • experience working with Opera and Resaweb is preferred
