What you will be doing:
- Assist Reservations Sales Manager in the supervision of the Reservations Team.
- Optimise Hotel occupancy, average rate and yield.
- Convert all Reservation enquiries into bookings.
- Take responsibility to attain the highest possible occupancy and average rate.
Your experience and skills include:
- You are a professional and talented individual who is looking for the next step in their career and wants to join a fast paced and high performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.
- Natural team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have strong customer care skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
- You are confident about your technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera.
Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central is a dual branded hotel with 473 rooms conveniently located in the CBD.
