    Job Description

    Curate the structure of an exquisite stay, being the very first point of contact our guests have with us.

    With your passion for high end hospitality and superb eye for detail, you will take initiative to ensure that all of your interactions are positive and productive, as you provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all whom you encounter and seek out what more you can do to delight our guests.

    You will accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations, ensuring a timely response to all reservations enquiries while maintaining a positive selling approach.

    Through your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will ensure our guests experiences begin in the most refined and professional way.


    Qualifications

    • Previous Reservations or Front Office experience in a Five star luxury environment would be advantageous.
    • Knowledge of Opera or other booking system would be advantageous.
    • Passion for high end hospitality with an absolute eye for detail.
    • Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build warm relationships and gain trust at all levels.
    • Hold flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs with weekend and public holiday work.
