Job Description

Maternity cover - until August 2025 - Part time

In this dynamic role, you will manage reservations received via phone, fax, internet, and email, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process. Your efforts will drive and optimize room sales in line with our brand and hotel policies, all while providing guests with a warm welcome and exceptional assistance. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth check-in operations for the front desk by accurately entering reservation details and communicating crucial information to relevant staff members. Additionally, you'll confirm reservations with meticulous attention to detail and collaborate effectively with other hotel departments.
