Le/La Reservation Agent est responsable du traitement des demandes de réservation pour le Sofitel Thalassa Algiers Club des Pins.
Il/Elle assure la vente des chambres et des services de l’hôtel conformément aux standards Sofitel, tout en garantissant une expérience client fluide, personnalisée et de haute qualité.
Il/Elle contribue à l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires en appliquant les techniques de vente et en respectant les stratégies tarifaires définies.
Missions Principales :
- Traiter les demandes de réservation par téléphone, email et autres canaux
- Saisir et modifier les réservations dans le système PMS (Opera ou autre)
- Vérifier l’exactitude des informations (tarifs, segments, profils clients, conditions)
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients
- Répondre aux demandes d’informations concernant les services de l’hôtel
- Proposer les offres et promotions en cours
- Respecter les stratégies tarifaires communiquées par le Revenue Management
- Contribuer à l’optimisation du taux de conversion
- Offrir un accueil professionnel et chaleureux à chaque interaction
- Assurer un service conforme aux standards Sofitel
- Gérer les demandes spécifiques des clients (VIP, préférences, occasions spéciales)
- Traiter les réclamations simples et les remonter au superviseur
- Communiquer les informations importantes aux autres départements
- Assurer une bonne transmission des consignes entre les shifts
- Participer aux briefings et réunions d’équipe
- Maintenir une présentation professionnelle et soignée
- Respecter les procédures internes et les normes de qualité
- Assurer la confidentialité des données clients
Profil Recherché :
- Diplômé(e) en hôtellerie/tourisme souhaité
- Première expérience en réservation, front office ou relation client appréciée
- Expérience en hôtellerie 4* ou 5* est un plus
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Connaissance d’un PMS hôtelier (idéalement Opera)
- Bonne compréhension des canaux de réservation (OTA, corporate, loisirs)
- Sens du service client
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
- Organisation et rigueur
