In qualità di Agente per le prenotazioni, la risorsa svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nel garantire ai nostri ospiti un'esperienza di prenotazione senza interruzioni, rappresentando la nostra azienda con entusiasmo ed efficienza.
· Affiancamento nella gestione delle prenotazioni
Supporto nell’inserimento e nella modifica delle prenotazioni tramite PMS, con supervisione del personale senior.
· Supporto alle richieste degli ospiti
Assistenza nella gestione di email e telefonate per informazioni su disponibilità, tariffe e condizioni di vendita.
· Apprendimento dei canali di vendita
Osservazione e supporto operativo nella gestione di OTA, sito ufficiale e prenotazioni dirette.
· Collaborazione interdipartimentale
Affiancamento nella comunicazione con front office e housekeeping per garantire corrette assegnazioni camere.
· Supporto alle attività di reporting e back office
Raccolta dati base sulle prenotazioni e supporto alla preparazione di semplici report a fini didattici.
- Spiccate capacità di comunicazione in inglese sia scritta che verbale; è richiesta la conoscenza della lingua francese.
- Abilità nell'utilizzo dei sistemi di gestione delle prenotazioni e delle applicazioni informatiche di base.
- Eccellente orientamento al servizio clienti, con un atteggiamento amichevole e professionale.
- Forte attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative
- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
- Spirito di squadra
