Yüksekokul veya üniversitelerin ilgili geçmişinin mezun olması,
Ön büro alanında sınırlandırılmış ,
Yazılı ve sözlü olarak İngilizce iletişim becerisi güçlü,
MS Office programlarına ve Opera sistemine hakim ,
Sorun çözme konusunda yetenekli ve yetenekli,
Güler yüzlü hizmet anlayışını benimseyen,
