MERCURE PARIS BOULOGNE
Hôtel de 191 chambres et Appart Hôtel doté de 73 appartements.
Idéalement situé à Boulogne-Billancourt, au pied du Stade Pierre de Coubertin et des enceintes sportives du Parc des Princes, de Jean Bouin ainsi que de Roland Garros.
Tout proche des grands médias tels que TF1, Canal +, L’Equipe, Direct 8, etc...
Depuis le début de l’année, le Chef de notre restaurant est titré Maître Restaurateur, preuve d’engagement sur les produits locaux et le fait-maison. Nous avons une forte activité MICE et avons la chance de posséder un auditorium et 11 salles de réunions.
Nous recevons de nombreuses équipes sportives professionnelles le week-end.
Sur le toit, un Roof top avec piscine ainsi qu'un fitness sont à disposition de nos clients.
Un potager urbain fournit, en saison, une partie de l’approvisionnement de notre cuisine.
Assurer le Check-in jusqu'au Check-out du client dans le respect des procédures internes (maîtrise du logiciel OPERA serait un plus )
- Contribuer à la satisfaction clients de par la qualité de votre travail et l'exemplarité de votre comportement en répondant aux différentes demandes en s’assurant du suivi afin de garantir leur satisfaction,
- Recueillir systématiquement le Feedback des clients avant leur départ
- Gérer les délogements lorsque cela est nécessaire
- Effectuer les prises de réservations
- Assurer le suivi et la remise de la caisse journalière
- Fidéliser la clientèle avec le programme ALL
- Veiller à la sécurité des biens et des personnes
Profil recherché :
Pour réussir cette mission, Il vous faudra pour cela être :
- Extra-Smile : autrement dit, vous n’avez pas peur de sourire, vous savez sortir du cadre, amener du Fun et créer la surprise auprès de vos clients !
- Curieux (se) & Enthousiaste : le travail de jour comme de nuit vous permettra d’avoir un large aperçu des différents services de l’hôtel. Autant en profiter pour découvrir et se former. Non ?
- Autonome, Accueillant(e) et Touche-à-tout : nous comptons sur vous pour que notre clientèle se souvienne de vous et profite au mieux de leur séjour,
- IN : Maîtrise environnement Windows, PMS Opéra, Tars, Bizzon et nouvelles technologies.
