RECEPTIONNISTE TOURNANT(E) (H/F)

Niché au cœur des Yvelines entre Paris et la Normandie. Notre hôtel à Orgeval est à seulement 15 minutes de la Défense. Nous disposons de 120 chambres sur 5 étages, 10 salles de séminaires, un bar et un restaurant.
Vous assurez les différentes prestations offertes aux clients : accueil, réservations, encaissements, renseignements. Vous procédez au check in et check out client, au traitement des réservations, vous répondez aux demandes des visiteurs pendant leur séjour, gérer le planning des réservations et l’occupation des chambres, contrôler les moyens de paiement, traiter les litiges potentiels, établir des factures et s’assurer du paiement des clients en fin de séjour , vous réalisez un suivi de l’activité quotidiennes, hebdomadaire et mensuelle.
- Expérience en tant que réceptionniste : 1 an minimum - Anglais intermédiaire exigé - Bonne logique, organisation et dynamisme, sens de l'accueil - Maitrise des outils informatiques EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK - Connaissance du logiciel OPERA est un plus - Souhaitant progresser rapidement au sein d'une équipe dynamique
CDI à temps plein - 39h/semaine Travail le weekend et les jours fériés
