- Sous la direction et la supervision du/de la Guest Service Manager suivant les politiques établies de l'Hôtel et de l'OSM (Manuel des normes opérationnelles), ses responsabilités sont de veiller à ce que l'appelant obtienne une bonne première impression de notre établissement et atteigne la personne qu'il recherche. Pour gérer les échanges de communication au sein de l'hôtel avec rapidité et efficacité, en veillant à ce que toute la correspondance atteigne sa destination légitime. Prendre en charge les systèmes de communication en cas d'urgence dans l'hôtel.
- Gérer les activités du Guest Service Center.
- Organisation du Guest Service center.
- Veiller à ce que le personnel se conforme à la Charte de « We make moments » et à l'OSM.
- Assurez que tous les appels externes et internes sont répondus tels qu'ils sont énoncés dans l'OSM et assurez une connexion efficace avec la bonne personne.
- Diffuser les messages clients selon l’instruction de travail mise en place, ainsi que les messages destinés aux différents collaborateurs.
- S’annoncer clairement et se présenter, mettre en relation en respectant les règles de mise en attente (faire patienter avec courtoisie), gérer plusieurs appels simultanément, accueillir et identifier son interlocuteur et ne pas hésiter à reformuler dans le doute, assurer un accueil téléphonique personnalisé du client quand cela est possible.
