RECEPTIONNISTE TOURNANT(E) CDD SAISONNIER H/F

Le Grand hôtel Roi René MGALLERY à Aix-en-Provence **** est à la recherche d’un(e) Réceptionniste tournant H/F, en CDD pour la saison d’avril à octobre à temps plein (169h/mensuelles).

Rôle :
Assurer un service client optimal en alternant les différents shifts de la réception : matin, après-midi, et nuit selon les besoins opérationnels.
Missions principales :
- Assurer à la clientèle un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement
- Effectuer les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux check-in / check-out sur le système informatique en place dans l’hôtel
- Vérifier les garanties et les réservations des clients
- Garantir le suivi du séjour des clients par la communication des informations importantes à ses collègues et supérieurs et par la vérification des garanties
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre ponctuellement des réservations
- Contrôler la caisse
- Répondre aux différentes demandes des clients et assurer leur suivi afin de garantir leur satisfaction
- Renseigner les clients sur les informations touristiques
- Appliquer les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel en matière de contrôle des clients et sécurité des personnes
- S’assurer que les demandes particulières des clients sont transmises aux services concernés
- Effectuer les shifts de nuit, du matin et du soir.
- Réaliser les encaissements, facturations et clôtures de caisse pour chaque shift.
- Assurer les tâches administratives associées à chaque poste (journée ou nuit).
- Surveiller les arrivées tardives et les départs matinaux pendant les shifts de nuit.
- Garantir l'application des standards de qualité propres à un hôtel 4 étoiles.
- Travailler en coordination avec les autres départements de l’hôtel pour anticiper les besoins des clients.

Compétences requises :
Savoir-faire :
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et d’une seconde langue
- Bonnes connaissances des logiciels OPERA, BIZZON serait un plus
- Excellente aptitude à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Passion pour le client
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Sens du détail
- Flexibilité et polyvalence
- Adaptabilité aux différents rythmes de travail (jour/nuit).
- Bonne connaissance des procédures de gestion client.

- Capacité à travailler en autonomie pendant la nuit.
