Le Novotel Genève Centre, un établissement 4 étoiles niché au cœur de Genève, offre 206 chambres élégantes, un restaurant et un bar convivial, un centre de fitness bien équipé et 5 salons dédiés aux conférences ou séminaires. Complétant cette offre, la Résidence, propose 30 studios situés juste derrière le Novotel. Notre équipe, travaillant pour ces deux entités, assurent ainsi un service de qualité et une expérience mémorable à nos clients.
- Volonté et capacité de travailler de nuit (Accueil et travail administratif de nuit)
- Assure à la clientèle un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement
- Effectue les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux check-in/check out sur le système informatique en place dans l’hôtel
- Vérifie les garanties et les réservations des clients
- Garantit le suivi du séjour des clients par la communication des informations importantes à ses collègues et supérieurs et par la vérification des garanties
- Répond aux appels téléphoniques et prend ponctuellement les réservations
- Tient, vérifie et contrôle sa caisse personnelle
- Répond aux différentes demandes des clients et assure leur suivi afin de garantir leur satisfaction
- Renseigne les clients sur les informations touristiques
- Réalise les différents projets confiés par sa hiérarchie
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel en matière de contrôle des clients et sécurité des personnes
- S’assure que les demandes particulières des clients sont transmises aux services concernés
- Incarne l’esprit Heartist dans ses interactions avec les clients
- Maitrise de l’anglais et d’une seconde langue selon les besoins de l’hôtel
- Sens du service et de l’accueil
- Passion pour le client
- Compétences informatiques (traitement de texte et tableur, OPERA)
- Très bon relationnel, une excellente communication (interne et clientèle)
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Sens du détail
- Organisation et rigueur
