- Préparer quotidiennement des rapports de gestion ;
- Effectuer le processus de mise à jour du système de réception conformément aux directives établies ;
- Effectuer des sauvegardes du système le cas échéant ;
- Tenir à jour et vérifier le résumé des transactions quotidiennes de l’hôtel et s’assurer que les systèmes informatiques de l’hôtel sont prêts pour le lendemain ;
- Tenir à jour, vérifier et corriger tous les règlements et les reports à la Réception ;
- Vérifier que tous les départements ont comptabilisé toutes leurs recettes ;
- Rapprocher, pour chaque point de vente, les données du système de point de vente en restauration et les données du système PMS (Property Management System) ; enregistrer et ajuster les écritures ;
- Rapprocher toutes les sources de recettes diverses et le système PMS ;
- Assurer le Check In et le Check Out des clients de l’établissement ;
- Assurer un rôle de contrôle et de correction de toutes les anomalies relatives à l’opération du Front Office pendant votre shift ;
- Expérience préalable d’un poste de réceptionniste ou de night auditeur ;
- Connaissance des applications Microsoft Windows et d’autres applications pertinentes ;
- Un diplôme universitaire dans une discipline liée est un atout ;
- Excellentes compétences de communication et d’organisation ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et compétences en résolution de problèmes ;
- Particulièrement responsable et fiable ;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe ;
- Capacité à concentrer son attention sur les besoins des clients, en restant calme et courtois à tout moment ;
- Expérience préalable d’un poste de réceptionniste ou de comptable.
