Ouvert en 2019, notre hôtel 4* de la marque MGallery du groupe Accor se compose de 65 chambres et suites, d'un bar restaurant bistronomique, de 7 Salles de réunions, d'un Spa et d’une piscine extérieure.

L’équipe de la réception est le point d’entrée de l’ensemble des clients (affaires et loisirs). Rejoignez-nous pour assurer une qualité de service et d’accueil auprès de notre clientèle et ce, tout au long de leur séjour. Au cœur de l’organisation de l’ensemble des services de l’hôtel.

En tant que réceptionniste, vos missions seront :
- Assurer et veiller à la bonne prise en charge du client
- Assurer les check-in et check-out des clients (groupe et individuel)
- Optimiser les ventes de l’hôtel en termes d’occupation et de chiffre d’affaires
- Contrôler les facturations client
- Assurer la facturation et l’encaissement des prestations destinées à la clientèle
- Assurer la satisfaction client
- Répondre aux besoins et demandes des clients
- Proposer la carte ALL et enroller les clients
- Clôturer la caisse et compter le fond de caisse
- Dynamiser les ventes additionnelles (accueil célébration, spa, upsell, restaurant…)
- Répondre au téléphone selon les standards LQA
- Communiquer avec les différents services : technique, bar, restaurant, housekeeping
- D’appliquer des normes de qualité de la Marque Mgallery en vue de garantir la satisfaction de notre clientèle et de notre positionnement haut de gamme
- De formation en hôtellerie-restauration (souhaité), vous possédez une expérience d’un an minimum à un poste similaire
- Vous maîtriser les outils informatiques (Word, Powerpoint) ainsi que le PMS FOLS (si possible)
- Vous avez un anglais courant, une deuxième langue est un plus
- Vous êtes rigoureux, ponctuel et vous avez le sens du service et de l’accueil
