L’ibis Styles Toulouse Blagnac Aéroport recrute un(e) réceptionniste de nuit (H/F/X) pour compléter son équipe jeune et impliquée ! Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos clients durant la nuit, garantissant un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne organisée, autonome et passionnée par le service client dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie

Responsabilités

Accueillir et enregistrer les clients à leur arrivée
Répondre aux demandes des clients et fournir des informations sur les services de l'hôtel
Gérer les réservations et les modifications via le standard téléphonique
Assurer la sécurité des lieux durant la nuit
Effectuer des tâches administratives liées à la réception
Gérer les appels entrants et sortants avec aisance téléphonique
Offrir un service aux visiteurs en veillant à leur satisfaction

Qualifications

Profil recherché

Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire en hôtellerie souhaitée
Excellentes compétences en service client et en communication
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome durant la nuit
Maîtrise du français et d'une ou plusieurs langues étrangères (bilingue ou multilingue)
Sens de l'organisation et attention aux détails
Disponibilité pour travailler selon un planning de nuit
