Réceptionniste de Nuit H/F CDI 35H

Le Mercure Paris Opéra Grands Boulevards, hotel récemment rénové de 52 chambres et 2 appartements duplex, situé en plein coeur des Grands Boulevards, est à la recherche de son nouveau Réceptionniste de nuit H/F en CDI 35H.
Au sein d'une équipe de 10 personnes, vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement du séjour des clients dans l'hôtel.
Votre objectif : Assurer pour chaque client, un service et une expérience unique, personnalisé et chaleureux.
Ayant le sens de responsabilité et capable de travailler en équipe mais aussi de manière autonome, vos missions seront notamment les suivantes :
- Accueillir les clients et s'assurer du bon déroulement du séjour
- Gérer la caisse, vérifier les facturations
- Faire la clôture
- Assurer le standard téléphonique,
- Vous êtes amené(e) à prendre des réservations, servir au bar ou préparer un room-service
- Réceptionner, vérifier et ranger les livraisons alimentaires et du linge
- Compter le linge dans les offices et mettre à jour le stock de linge disponible
- Mettre en place le buffet petit déjeuner
Vous avez à cœur la satisfaction du client, un comportement et une communication exemplaire
- Garant de la sécurité, vous assurez le calme et la sécurité des biens et des personnes dans l'hôtel
- Vous respectez et appliquez les normes de sécurité de l'établissement
Compétences:
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais (une troisième langue est un plus)
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Sens de l’initiative et problem solving
- Connaissance des logiciels Fols/ Resaweb
