Reception Team Member / Duty Manager

MISSION:

• Welcome all guests with your warm smile & friendly character
• Cook and serve breakfast
• Exceed guest's expectations
• Use your own initiative to create personalised & memorable stays for all guests and colleagues
• Lead the front desk during the shift and deal with any team or guest issues
• Support the Operations Manager as main point of contact at the front desk and with admin duties
