Mik lesznek a feladataid?
- Munkáddal biztosítod a vendégek zavartalan és színvonalas kiszolgálását, aktívan hozzájárulsz a tökéletes vendégélményhez
- Professzionális szinten látod el a szállodai recepciós feladatokat, háromműszakos (délelőttös, délutános és éjszakai) munkarendben, beosztás szerint hétvégi és ünnepnapi munkavégzéssel
- Ellátod a check-in, check-out feladatokat
- Szakszerűen kezeled a foglalásokat
- Részt veszel a számlázás, kasszakezelés és a hozzá tartozó adminisztrációs folyamatokban
Elvárások
- Vendégek iránti szenvedély
- 1-2 év szállodai recepciós tapasztalat
- Opera program ismerete
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás
- Felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeret
- Kiváló kommunikációs és kapcsolatteremtő készség
- Jó problémamegoldó képesség
- Segítőkész, kedves, empatikus személyiség
- Csapatszelle
