Atender os clientes, de acordo com padrões da empresa. Prestar informações
diversas, de acordo com as necessidades dos hóspedes e práticas essenciais da área. Zelar pela segurança e bem-estar dos clientes e
organização das áreas sociais. Colocar os clientes no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado, a
fim de oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em conformidade com a Cultura
da empresa.
Efetuar reservas solicitadas, recepcionar os clientes, ser o principal interlocutor entre o cliente e outras áreas do hotel, recebendo suas solicitações, sugestões, reclamações, etc. Buscar a resolução, repassando essas
informações ao departamento responsável, quando necessário. Atendimento telefônico e presencial. Garantir o cumprimento das práticas da Recepção e procedimentos do Autocontrole. Atender os clientes no restaurante e bar caso seja necessário, em favor do espírito de polivalência. Encerrar a conta, conferindo com o cliente o correto lançamento das despesas. Apresentar nota fiscal, esclarecer eventuais dúvidas e providenciar correções, quando necessário. Oferecer e pontuar o programa de fidelidade de acordo com as orientações, entre outras atividades cotidianas da recepção.
