THE MISSION?

We’re searching for a meticulous Receiving Supervisor to ensure everything that comes through our doors is top-notch and on point! 📦✨ You’ll be the master of the receiving process, managing your team, ensuring accuracy, and making sure everything meets our high standards. 🚚🔍

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• You’ll plan and coordinate the team’s work, offering training and motivation to keep everyone performing at their best. 👥💪 Safety and efficiency in handling equipment will be a top priority, ensuring that every task is completed seamlessly. ⚙️🔧
• You'll review records to ensure accuracy and compliance with our procedures, providing clear instructions to improve efficiency. 📑📝 When goods arrive, you’ll check them against purchase orders, making sure everything’s in order and reporting any discrepancies to the Purchasing Department. 📋📦
• Your role includes controlling the received goods’ content, quantity, and expiry dates, and distributing them to the right departments. 📦🚪 You’ll also handle invoices, delivery slips, and system entries, solving any issues with vendors and managing returns when necessary. 💼🖨️
• You’ll champion environmental responsibility, making sure all practices are eco-friendly, from minimizing waste to proper chemical handling. 🌍♻️ And, as a quality management leader, you’ll uphold all standards and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
