THE MISSION?

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Purchasing Supervisor to help us get everything we need, right when we need it! 🛒📦 You’ll be managing vendor relationships, gathering quotes, and ensuring we’re always stocked up, all while sticking to budget and quality standards. 💼💰

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Procurement team, ensuring all facility purchases are planned, tracked, and delivered on time. 📅 You’ll gather quotes, organize the top options, and make purchasing decisions that keep us in line with policy and budget. 💸
• From managing supplier relationships to double-checking quality standards of all incoming goods, you’re the one who ensures everything meets our high standards. 🚚🔍 If it doesn’t? You’ll make sure replacements are sorted quickly! 👌
• You’ll also keep the team running smoothly, offering training, motivation, and support to your department, ensuring that everyone is working in perfect harmony. 🙌📈 You’ll handle things like a pro!
• Not only will you keep the process efficient, but you’ll also have an eco-friendly mindset, ensuring we’re making sustainable choices and reducing our environmental impact. 🌍🌱
