Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. 

Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way

We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Public Area Attendant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our property.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensure all public and back-of-house areas are kept clean, tidy, and up to our high hygiene standards.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, assisting with stocktakes when required.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals safely, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Support other departments with tasks such as room cleaning, laundry operations, and houseman duties.
• Respond to guest needs and assist team members to help deliver outstanding service.
