Job Description

- Create a shining first impression of the hotel for all guests
- Work together with the housekeeping team to ensure a high-standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel
- Use your eye-for detail to maintain 5-star cleanliness in all front of house areas, floors, windows, rest rooms, driveways, reception, pool area and function rooms
- Be a key support to the team by upholding clean and usable spaces in all back of house areas
- Keep your team and guests safe ensuring adherence to security procedures and health and safety of hotel spaces
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience as a public area cleaner within a hotel (preferably in a luxury hotel environment)
- Availability to work afternoons & evenings, with some flexibility
- Physical fitness is essential
- Safe manual handling training & experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
- Organisation and Efficient time management skills
