Public Area Attendant - Full Time

As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of our hotel’s public spaces. You will ensure all guest-facing areas reflect the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and cleanliness, creating a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

What you will be doing:

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and back-of-house spaces
• Ensure all areas are neat, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Respond promptly to guest and colleague requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Support the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand standards
• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to handle physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
