Job Description

An exciting dual-role opportunity has become available at the brand-new Mondrian Gold Coast Residences, comprising 84 exclusive residences adjacent to the 204-room Mondrian Hotel. We are seeking a confident and service-led Property Manager to lead day-to-day concierge operations whilst supporting the Director of Residences with the onsite exclusive letting portfolio.

As the Property Manager, you will be leading the concierge and resident services team, as well as having administrative oversight of residential leasing and tenant relations. We are offering a dynamic pathway for a highly motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in high-end residential operations. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the exclusive onsite letting service.

• Support resident onboarding, lease preparation, and compliance documentation.

• Manage tenant move-ins/outs, inspections and general liaison.

• Assist in ensuring all letting activity aligns with brand standards and building expectations.

• Lead the Concierge team and oversee daily concierge operations, escalating building matters where needed.

• Coach and mentor the front-facing team in service standards, discretion and brand alignment.

 

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated professional who has an ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will have:

• A strong focus and passion for resort operations.

• Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.

• Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.

• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.

• Ability to think strategically and plan on a mid to long term scale.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy.

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.


Qualifications

Queensland Real Estate License or Residential Letting License – desirable
