About ASTORE

ASTORE is our Global Procurement Organization, which covers all products & services needed by our clients to address their daily operational needs or one-shot construction and renovation projects.

The Europe & North African (ENA) Astore team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and promoting its products and services in 45 Countries, across Europe, CIS and North Africa.

In the last few years, the Procurement team has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities, aiming to support the internal team from sourcing to selling, and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.


Job Description

Project Procurement Manager – Preopening (m/f/d)   

As part of the Premium, Midscale and Economy (PM&E) ENA team within ASTORE – Accor’s procurement arm – you will play a key role in ensuring the success of hotel openings and renovation projects across the region. Your mission? Support our partners by deploying ASTORE’s tailored solutions during construction phases, managing procurement, and driving project profitability while nurturing key stakeholder relationships.

 

What will you do?

  • Manage procurement activities for hotel preopening and renovation projects across ENA, focusing on effective solutions and services, particularly with regards to construction & FF&E
  • Lead supplier negotiations and closely collaborate with the Strategic Procurement teams responsible for existing hotels, to grow and develop offers and suppliers within these categories
  • Act as the central point of contact for owners, operators, and GMs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive strategy and performance for your categories, balancing financial targets with customer satisfaction.
  • Build a profitable pipeline of opportunities and promote ASTORE’s preopening services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure economic performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

  • At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in operations or procurement.
  • Proven expertise in project purchasing and category management, ideally in Construction and FF&E.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • A collaborative and customer-focused professional, skilled in managing complex, high-value projects across diverse stakeholder groups.
