Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee renovation and concept transformation projects within our hotel properties. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of projects—from initial design mood boards and concept development to execution and delivery—ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and budget.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and hotel operations to deliver high-impact upgrades to guest-facing outlets, including restaurants, lounges, and public areas. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, design sensibility, and project execution skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead renovation and facelifting projects for hotel outlets from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and hotel stakeholders.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
  • Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering, Interior Design,  or a related field.
  • PMP certification is preferred, demonstrating formal project management expertise and methodology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within hospitality, retail, or commercial sectors.
  • Advanced software skills in: Proficiency in project management tools and design software is a must.
    • AutoCAD for technical drawings and layout planning.
    • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for visual presentations and mood boards.
    • SketchUp / Revit for 3D modeling and spatial visualization.
    • Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana.
    • Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken:
    • Capable of producing high-quality reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
    • Strong verbal communication for effective stakeholder engagement and contractor coordination.
  • Proven track record in managing design-driven renovation projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and design coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
