Descripción del empleo

Como practicante de Ama de LLaves, el enfoque principal es conocer, desarrollar y aprender habilidades que se desempeñan en la coordinación del departamento:

Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del departamento de Ama de Llaves, asegurando la limpieza y presentación impecable de las habitaciones y áreas comunes del hotel.
Liderar y motivar al equipo de limpieza, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y retroalimentación para garantizar un alto nivel de desempeño y satisfacción laboral.
Establecer y mantener estándares de limpieza y calidad, asegurando que se cumplan los procedimientos y protocolos establecidos por el hotel.
Realizar la asignacion de tareas al personal de ama de llaves de su jornada laboral y llevar el control de los trabajos que estos realizen.
Gestionar el inventario de suministros de limpieza y blancos, asegurando que los elementos necesarios estén siempre disponibles y optimizando el uso eficiente de los recursos.
Colaborar con otros departamentos, como Recepción y Mantenimiento, para atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes, resolver problemas y garantizar una experiencia satisfactoria durante su estancia en el hotel.
