  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, demand patterns and business performance to identify revenue opportunities and inform commercial strategy.
  • Drive agreed commercial initiatives to improve RevPAR, increase market share and optimise the cost of sale.
  • Lead daily revenue briefings and facilitate weekly and monthly RevMAX meetings in line with the assigned service tier.
  • Conduct post event and post period analysis to evaluate commercial performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of agreed revenue initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to hotel leadership.
  • Champion best-practice revenue management across the portfolio, supporting hotels to maximise commercial performance through strategic guidance and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years' experience in Revenue Management, ideally supporting multiple hotels or a regional portfolio.

  • Commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders, including General Managers and Executive Committees.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Demonstrated accountability, resilience and a strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering commercial results.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language, written and spoken, is required. Two additional languages are preferred.
