We are seeking a reliable and energetic part-time porter to join our front office team. As a porter, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage and supporting other front office duties. 

Job Description

• Provide a warm and professional welcome.
• Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage and other needs. 
• Assist guest with their departure, including handling and transporting luggage to and from their vehicles. 
• Provide information and directions to guests as needed, including local attractions and hotel facilities. 

• Well-groomed. 
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items. 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
