What you will be doing:

• Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience.
• Checks outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy 
• Follows the current trends and animates them into pool activities.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong ability to handle high-volume pool and bar outlet and other assigned projects.
• Strong F&B knowledge and ability to upsell high-volume poolside a la carte restaurant.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
