Job Description

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and troubleshoot problems to determine necessary repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents related to plumbing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and clients to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing solutions

 


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Proven experience as a plumber.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
